Removing various foreign subject like metal, contaminations and inferior goods exactly in minimum quantity, our device can reduce loss of after process.

Health care for employees
- We invite an expert and have periodical seminar for health maintenance of our employees.
- We are grappling with reducing chemicals and organic solvent which we use on our product line.
- Seeking leave system which make employee's life comfortable. Annual holiday 126 days, annual paid leave acquisition rate 57.8% (2020)
- Promoting telework and improving child care leave, We make effort for the diversity.

We support education and human resources development with others.
- We offer 2-month internship in cooperation with university of science and technology. We want them to understand difficulty and pleasure of manufacturing through the training and we hope to bring up future engineers.
- Our people hold seminar in schools they graduated from and introduce about our company and our business world for contribution to growth of young students.
- We help the support groups for global social problem solutions in Japan.

Environmental protection, community contribution
- We approve of "COOL CHOICE" and recommend office casual for the achievement of the carbon neutral in 2050
- Our head office and Hachioji factory was completed in May 2020. We use LED bulb for all room lights and use sunlight LED for the outside streetlights. We give re-use rain water to our plant.
- We are going to change the room light of the branch office to the LED light to improve the workplace environment.
- We import safety confirmation system to prepare for great disasters. We also maintain business continuity plan (BCP) to supply our products to our customer responsibility.
